Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. This rebate offer is valid only for qualifying Navien NPE-2 condensing tankless water heaters purchased during the promotional period (August 17, 2026 through November 30, 2026).
2. Rebate request must be submitted by December 31, 2026 through the submission form on this page: https://www.navieninc.com/water-heaters-rebate-2026
3. Eligible products must be purchased from and installed by a licensed plumbing contractor. Products purchased through e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, retail stores, or other unauthorized sales channels are not eligible for this rebate and may void the product warranty. Residential applications only.
4. This rebate is available only to the homeowner at the residential installation address where the qualifying Navien NPE-2 unit is installed. New construction projects and commercial installations are not eligible. Rebate requests submitted by contractors, builders, distributors, wholesalers, property managers, or any party other than the eligible homeowner will not be accepted.
5. A valid email address must be provided with the rebate submission to receive application updates and rebate communications.
6. A copy of the original purchase invoice from the licensed installing plumbing contractor must be submitted with the rebate application. The invoice must clearly identify the qualifying Navien NPE-2 product, product serial number, purchase date, installation address, and the name of the installing contractor. Navien reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility if necessary.
7. Approved rebates will be issued in the form of a physical Mastercard® Prepaid Gift Card. The Gift Card will be mailed by January 30, 2027. No cash substitutions or alternative forms of payment will be provided.
8. The Mastercard® Prepaid Gift Card will be mailed only to the installation address associated with the qualifying product’s Navien warranty registration. Rebate payments will not be sent to alternate addresses.
9. Navien reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, deny incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions, and modify, suspend, or terminate this rebate promotion at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Void where prohibited by law.
10. This rebate program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is effective until funding is expended, or the program is discontinued by Navien.
